Ovarian Cysts
๐Overview
These structures are frequently associated with the normal menstrual cycle and are often referred to as functional cysts. While many of these developments are benign and may resolve without intervention, they represent a common clinical finding in reproductive health.
The condition is distinct from ovarian malignancies, although clinical evaluation is sometimes necessary to differentiate between various types of growths. Most instances are asymptomatic and are identified during routine pelvic examinations or imaging procedures.
